The legal representative of the company said that the contractual relationship did not exist between the claimant and the company.

The court said that the case documents revealed that the claimant had provided the court with all documents that proved his claim.

The court ruled that the company should pay the claimant 310431.31 Riyals.

The Court of Appeal – Jeddah upheld the ruling based on same grounds.
