A claimant filed a case against a company before the court. He said that the company had rented a crane from them for two years at a rent of 25000 Riyals per month. He said that the company had failed to pay the remaining rent. He requested the court to order the company to pay him 277143 Riyals in addition to the lawyer’s expenses.

The court said that the case documents revealed that the company had failed to attend the court hearings. The court said that the claimant provided the court with all documents that proved his claim.

The court ruled that the company should pay the claimant 360285 Riyals.

The Court of Appeal – Jeddah upheld the ruling based on same grounds.
