A company filed a case against a company before the court. It requested the court to order the other company to pay 117894 Riyals. It said that it had completed a project for the other company but the latter failed to pay the value of the contract. The company provided the court with the documents that proved its claim.

The other company admitted the claim made by the company but said that the amount it owed was ess than the one stated by the company. It failed, however, to prove such a claim.

The court ruled that the other company should pay the company the mentioned amount.

The other company appealed the ruling before the court of appeal.

The court dismissed the appeal and upheld the appealed ruling.
