The court said that the case documents revealed that the company was irrelevant party in the case. The court said that the transaction existed between the claimant and an employee in the company and that the company had nothing to do with it.

The court dismissed the case.

The Court of Appeal – Riyadh upheld the ruling based on same grounds.
