A company filed a case against a company before the court. The company requested the court to order the other company to pay them an amount of money. The company said that they had bought a shipment of rice from the other company and that they discovered issues with the shipment. The company said that they had returned the shipment to the other company and received only part of the amount  they had paid when they signed the contract.

The other company said that the shipment had no issued. They requested the court dismiss the case.

The court said that the case documents revealed that the documents provided by the company did not mentioned the issues with the shipment. The court said that the case documents revealed that the company wanted to return the shipment because they had failed to sell the rice.

The court dismissed the case.

The Court of Appeal – Riyadh upheld the ruling based on the same grounds.
