Background

A company filed a case against a company before the court. The company requested the court to order the other company to pay 101437 Riyals. The company said that they had supplied the other company with raw materials and the latter had failed to pay for them.

Decision

The court said that the other company had failed to attend the court hearing. The court said that the company had failed to provide the court with the documents that proved her claims. The court requested the owner of the company to take the oath that he had sold the raw materials to the other company. The owner took the oath.

The court ruled that the other company should pay the company the amount.

The Court of Appeal – Jeddah upheld the ruling based on same grounds.
