A company filed a case against a company before the court. The company requested the court to order the company to pay 73698 Riyals. The company said they had supplied raw materials to the second company but the latter had failed to pay. The company also requested the court to order a second company to pay the lawyer's expenses.

The court ruled that the second company should pay the company the amount. The court dismissed the request for the payment of the expenses of the lawyer in accordance with Article 73(4) of Saudi Arabia Cabinet Decision No. 11/1435.

The second company appealed the ruling before the court of appeal.

The court dismissed the appeal and upheld the appealed ruling.
