Background
A claimant filed a case against a defendant before the court. He said that the defendant had agreed to install doors for a project which was being undertaken by the claimant. He said that the defendant failed to execute the work on time and therefore he had lost the project. He requested the court to order the defendant to pay him 1184348 Riyals.
The defendant said that he had executed the agreed works. He said that the claimant failed to pay him the money when he was assigned by the third party to conduct the project.
