He said that he had reached a settlement agreement with the defendant due to a partnership in a business. He said that the agreement had stipulated that the defendant would pay him 285000 Riyals. He said that the defendant had paid only 15000 Riyals.

The court said that the case documents revealed that the defendant had failed to attend the court hearing though he was informed with the case. The court said that the claimant had provided the court with all documents that proved his claims.

The court ruled that the defendant should pay the claimant 270000 Riyals.

The court of appeal upheld the ruling based on the same grounds.
