Decision
The legal representative of the second company requested the court to dismiss the case. He said that the request made by the company violated Article 50 of Saudi Arabia Royal Decree No. M34/1433.
The court said that the reasons provided by the first company for dismissing the arbitration ruling had no legal grounds and did not complied with the rules of Article 50(4) of Saudi Arabia Royal Decree No. M34/1433.
The court dismissed the case.
