The court said that the case documents had revealed that the company had provided the court with the documents that proved their claims. The court said that the defendant had failed to attend the hearing.

The court ruled that the defendant should pay the company the mentioned amount.

The Court of Appeal – Riyadh upheld the ruling based on the same grounds.
