A claimant filed a case against a company before the court. He said requested the court to order the company to pay him 3450000 Riyals. He said that he had paid this amount to the company in order to invest but the court had failed to commit to their obligations.

The court said that the case documents revealed that the company had failed to attend the court hearing. The court said that the claimant provided the court with all the documents that prove their claim.

The court ruled that the company should pay the claimant the amount.

The Court of Appeal – Jeddah upheld the ruling based on the same grounds.
