A claimant filed a case against a company before the court. He requested the court to order the company to pay him 697252 Riyals. He said that he had supplied the company with raw materials and that the company had ailed to pay the remaining amount.

The court said that the case documents revealed that the claimant had provided the court with the documents that proved his claim. The court said that the case documents revealed also that the company had failed to attend the hearing.

The court ruled that the company should pay the claimant the mentioned amount.

The Court of Appeal – Jeddah l upheld the ruling based on the same grounds.
