A claimant filed a case against a company before the court. He requested the court to order the company to pay him 200600 Riyals. He said that he had finished contracting work for the company but the latter had failed to commit to their obligations.

The company admitted the existence of the contractual relationship but requested the claimant take the oath.

The court requested the claimant to take the oath in order to prove his claim and the value of the debt. The claimant took the oath.

The court ruled that the company should pay the claimant the mentioned amount.

The Court of Appeal – Buraydah upheld the ruling based on the same grounds.
