Background

Decision

The court requested the claimant to take the oath in order to prove his claim and the value of the debt. The claimant took the oath.

The court ruled that the company should pay the claimant the mentioned amount.

The Court of Appeal – Buraydah upheld the ruling based on the same grounds.
