A claimant filed a case against a company before the court. He requested the court to order the company to pay him 662818 Riyals. He said that he had finished contracting work for the company but they had failed to commit to their obligations.

The court said that the case documents revealed that the company had admitted that they owed the mentioned amount. The court said that the signed contract stipulated that the company would pay the contract value within 10 days of the approval of the project.

The court ruled that the company should pay the claimant the mentioned amount.

The Court of Appeal – Riyadh upheld the ruling based on the same grounds.
