Background
A company filed a case against a company before the court. It requested the court to order the other company to pay 2736787 Riyals in addition to lawyer's expenses . It said that the other company had rented cars from them and failed to pay the rent.
The other company denied the claims made by the company and said that it had already paid the full value of the rent.

The court appointed an accountant in order to consider the dispute. The accountant concluded that the other company owed to the company 3012208 Riyals.
The court ruled that the other company should pay the company 3012208 Riyals in addition to the expenses of the accountant and the expert.
The other company appealed the ruling before the court of appeal.
The court dismissed the appeal and upheld the appealed ruling.
