A company filed a case against a defendant before the court. The company requested the court to order the defendant to pay them an amount of money. The company said that they had supplied the defendant with goods and that the defendant had failed to pay their value.

The court said that the case documents revealed that the company had provided the court with the documents that proved her claims. The court said that the defendant had failed to attend the court hearings though he was informed of the case.

The court ruled that the defendant should pay the company 57098 Riyals.

The Court of Appeal – Buraydah  upheld the ruling based on same grounds.
