The court said that the case documents revealed that the claimant had provided the court with the documents that prove his claims. The court said that the legal representative of the company had admitted the transaction and that the company owed the mentioned amount.

The court ruled that the company should pay the claimant 166000 Riyals.

The Court of Appeal – Jeddah upheld the ruling based on same grounds.
