A claimant filed a case against a company before the court. He requested the court to suspend the execution of a ruling which had been issued against him. He said that the company had assigned two people to supply him with vegetables but the two people disappeared. He said that the company requested him to pay the value of the vegetables though he had not received them.

The court said that the case documents revealed that the company failed to provide the court with evidences that prove their claims. The court said that the request made by the claimant should be considered in accordance with Article 205 of Saudi Arabia Cabinet Decision No. 11/1435s.

The court ruled that the execution of the ruling should be suspended.

The Court of Appeal – Riyadh upheld the ruling based on the same grounds.
