A claimant filed a case against a defendant before the court. He requested the court to order the defendant to pay him 350000 Riyals. He said that he had sold some electronic devices to the defendant but he had failed to pay their value.

The court said that the defendant had failed to attend the court hearings. The court said that the claimant provided the court with the documents that proved his claim.

The court ruled that the defendant should pay the claimant the amount.

The defendant made a plea for reconsideration.

The court said that the plea made by the defendant did not meet the requirement stipulated by Article No. 200 of Saudi Arabia Cabinet Decision No. 11/1435.

The court dismissed the plea.

The court of appeal  upheld the ruling based on the same grounds.
