Background
A company filed a case against another company before the court. The company requested the court to order the other company to pay 52820 Riyals. The company said that they had supplied the other company with raw materials and that the other company had failed to pay the remaining amount of the contract.
The court said that the case documents revealed that the company had provided the court with the documents that proved their claims. The court said that the case documents revealed that the other company had failed to attend the court hearings though they were informed of the case.
Decision
The court ruled that the other company should pay the company 52820 Riyals.
The Court of Appeal – Jeddah upheld the ruling based on same grounds.
