A company filed a case against a company before the court. The company requested the court to order the other company to pay 642000 Riyals. The company said that they had supplied the other company with iron but the other company had failed to pay the contract value.

The court said that the case documents revealed that the company had provided the court with the documents that proved their claims. The court said that the other company had failed to attend the court hearings though they were informed of the case.

The court ruled that the other company should pay the company the mentioned amount.

The Court of Appeal – Jeddah upheld the ruling based on same grounds.
