A claimant filed a case against another company before the court. He requested the court to order the company to pay him 1256170 Riyals. He said that he had paid the company amount of money in order to invest but the company had failed to commit to their obligations. He also requested the court to order the company to pay 125617 Riyals.

The court said that the case documents revealed that the claimant had provided the court with the documents that proved his claim. The court said that the company had failed to attend the court hearings though he was informed of the case.

The court ruled that the company should pay the claimant 1256170 Riyals.

The Court of Appeal – Jeddah upheld the ruling based on same grounds.
