A company filed a case against a defendant before the court. The company requested the court to order the defendant to pay 526986 Riyals. The company said that they had supplied the defendant with fresh water but he had failed to pay the contract value.

The court said that the case documents revealed that the defendant had admitted the transaction and admitted that he owed the mentioned amount as a result.

The court ruled that the defendant should pay the company the mentioned amount.

The Court of Appeal – Jeddah l upheld the ruling based on same grounds.
