Background
A claimant filed a case against a company before the court. He said that he was working as a sales person in the company. He said he used to collect the debts from the company’s clients and some of the clients had failed to pay their debts. He said that the company had forced him to sign payments order for these debts and provide them to the court of execution. He requested the court to dismiss the payment orders.
The court said that the case documents revealed that the claimant was one of the company’s employees. The court said that the relationship between the two parties was not related to a commercial activity. The court said that the court did not have the jurisdiction to consider the case according to Article . 35 of t Saudi Arabia Cabinet Decision No. 11/1435 .
