He said that he had paid 650000 Riyals to the company in order to be supplied with raw materials. He said that the company had failed to supply all the agreed materials.

The company claimed that they had supplied all the agreed materials to the claimant.

The court said that the case documents revealed that the claimant had failed to provide the documents needed to prove his claim. The court said that the company had provided the court with the documents that proved that they had already supplied all the materials.

The court dismissed the case.

The Court of Appeal – Jeddah upheld the ruling based on same grounds.
