A claimant filed a case against a company before the court. He said that the company had built a building for him but there were some problems which still needed to be fixed. He requested the court to order the company either to fix the problems or pay 25000 Riyals.

The company said that they had completed the project properly and without issues.

The court said that the expert report concluded that there were some issues with the property and that the company had the responsibility to fix them.

The court ruled that the company should pay the claimant 6000 Riyals.

The Court of Appeal – Mecca upheld the ruling based on the same grounds.
