A claimant fled a case against a defendant before the court. He requested the court to order the defendant to pay him 33200 Riyals. He said that he had supplied the defendant with raw materials and that the defendant had failed to pay their value.

The defendant admitted the transaction with the claimant but he said that he had already paid part of the mentioned value to the claimant. The defendant, however, failed to prove his claim.

The court ruled that the defendant should pay the claimant the mentioned amount.

The defendant appealed the ruling before the court of appeal.

The court dismissed the appeal and upheld the appealed ruling.
