Background
A company filed a case against another company before the court. The company requested the court to order the other company to pay 352141 Riyals. The company said that they had supplied concrete to the other company but the latter had failed to pay the contract value.
Decision
The court said that the case documents revealed that the company had provided the court with the documents that proved their claim. The court said that the case documents also revealed that the other company had paid 100000 Riyals to the company during the consideration of the case. The court said that the other company had admitted the existence of the mentioned amount.
The court ruled that the other company should pay the company 252141 Riyals.
