The court said that the case documents revealed that the court had appointed three experts but the company had refused them due to their expenses. The court said that the court offered the company to appoint an expert that the two parties agreed on but the company had also failed to do sol.

The court dismissed the case.

The Court of Appeal – Jeddah upheld the ruling based on same grounds.
