SCA 1565/2019
The initial dispute involved failure of one of two companies contracted to do a project to meet their obligations. There were claims by that company the claimant had agreed to finance the project but had failed to provide the necessary finance. The case was dismissed due to a failure to pay for a required expert.
Background
A company filed a case against two other companies before the court. The company requested the court to order the second company to pay them an amount of money. The company said that they had assigned the two companied to carry out a contracting project but the second company failed to commit to their obligations.
The second company denied the claims made by the company. The second company said that the company had agreed to finance the project. The second company said that the company then failed to finance the project and had caused them loses.
Decision
The court said that the consideration of the case required an expert. The court said that the company, however, had failed to pay the costs for the expert.
The court dismissed the case.
