A claimant filed a case against a defendant before the court. He requested the court to order the defendant to pay him 64545 Riyals. He said that he had supplied the defendant with printing materials but the defendant had failed to pay their value.

The court said that the case documents revealed that the claimant had provided the court with the documents that proved his claims. The court said that the case documents also revealed that the defendant had failed to attend the court hearings though he was informed of the case.

The court ruled that the defendant should pay the claimant the mentioned amount.

The Court of Appeal – Jeddah upheld the ruling based on same grounds.
