The court said that the case documents revealed that the company had provided the court with the documents that proved their claim. The court said that the other company had failed to attend the court hearings though they were informed of the case.
The court ruled that the other company should pay the company 48600 Riyals.
The Court of Appeal – Jeddah upheld the ruling based on same grounds.
