A claimant filed a case against a company before the court. He requested the court to order the company to pay 94000 Riyals. He said that he had installed an elevator for the company but they had failed to commit to their obligations as stipulated by the signed contract.

The company claimed that the claimant had requested the elevator be uninstalled. The company said that they had received 120000 Riyals from the claimant and paid him 50000 Riyals.

The court said that the case documents revealed that the company had failed to prove their claims.

The court ruled that the company should pay the claimant the amount.

The Court of Appeal – Jeddah upheld the ruling based on the same grounds.
