A company filed a case against another company before the court. The company said that the two parties had agreed on arbitration in the case of a dispute. The company requested the court to execute an arbitration ruling issued against the other company.

The court said that the case documents revealed that the other company had rented cars from the company and failed to pay the rental. The court said that the dispute was therefore not related to commercial activity according to Article 35 of Saudi Arabia Cabinet Decision No. 11/1435 .

The Court of Appeal – Jeddah ruled that the consideration of the case did not fall under their jurisdiction.
