The court said that the case documents revealed that the claimant had failed to provide the court with evidence that could prove his claims. The court said that the company had paid the claimant 100000 Riyals and gifted him a car in exchange for promotion and the claimant had admitted receiving these gifts.

The court dismissed the case.
