SCA 1367/2019

Background

A claimant filed a case against a defendant before the court. He requested the court to order the defendant to pay him 72500 Riyals. He said that the defendant had bought mobile cards from him and failed to pay for them.

Decision

The court said that the case documents revealed that the claimant had provided the court with the bills that proved the existence of the transaction. The court requested the claimant to take the oath in order to prove his claim. The claimant took the oath to prove his claim.

The court ruled that the defendant should pay the claimant the amount.
