A claimant filed a case against a defendant before the court. He said that he had paid the defendant 50000 Riyals in order to invest them in exchange for a share in the profits. He said that the defendant had failed to commit to his obligations. He requested the court to order the defendant to pay the amount.

The court said that the case documents revealed that the claimant had provided the court with the documents that prove his claims.

The court ruled that the defendant should pay the claimant the amount.

The Court of Appeal – Jeddah upheld the ruling based on same grounds.
