A claimant filed a case against a defendant before the court. He requested the court to order the defendant to pay him 271300 Riyals and compensation. He said that he had paid the mentioned amount to the defendant in order to supply air conditioners for him but the latter had failed to commit to his obligations.

The court ruled that the defendant should pay the claimant the amount. The court said that the defendant should pay the claimant 13565 Riyals as compensation in addition to 27130 Riyals for the expenses of the lawyer.

The Court of Appeal – Jeddah upheld the ruling based on the same grounds.
