Background
A company filed a case against a company before the court. The company requested the court to order the company to pay 376446 Riyals. The company said that they had sold equipment to the company but the later had failed to pay for it.
Decision
The court said that the case documents revealed that the company had provided the court with the necessary evidence that prove her claims. The second company had also failed to attend the court hearing.
The court ruled that the company should pay the company the mentioned amount.
Court of Appeal – Jeddah upheld the ruling based on the same grounds.
