A claimant filed a case against a defendant before the court. He requested the court to order the defendant to pay him 4635000 Riyals for a share in a factory in which he used to be a partner with the defendant. He said that a previous ruling had proved his partnership in the factory.

The court said that the case documents revealed that the defendant had already paid the claimant the value of his share.

The court dismissed the case.

The Court of Appeal – Jeddah  upheld the ruling based on same grounds.
