A company filed a case against a company before the court. The company requested the court to pay an amount of money. The company said that they had supplied and installed concretes for the other company and that the latter had failed to pay the remaining  contract.ed amount.

The other company said that they had paid part of the value but then they suspended the payments because the company had failed to complete the work.

The court appointed an expert in order to consider the dispute. The court then requested the company to take the oath in order to prove their claims and to deny the claims of the other company. The company took the oath.

The court ruled that the other company should pay the company 84000 Riyals.

The Court of Appeal – Jeddah had upheld the ruling based on the same grounds.
