Background
A company filed a case against another company before the court. The company requested the court to order the other company to pay 475503 Riyals in addition to their lawyer's expenses. The company said that they had finished transportation and customs clearance work for the other company but they had failed to commit to their obligations.
Decision
The court said that the case documents that the company provided the court with the documents that proved their claim. The court said that the other company had claimed that the signature on the bills provided by the company was fabricated although their stamp was on the bills. The court said that a stamped document could be used as evidence against the stamp owner according to Article 139 of Saudi Arabia Cabinet Decision No. 11/1435 .
The court ruled that the other company should pay the company the amount in addition to their lawyer's expenses of 40000 Riyals.
