A claimant filed a case against a defendant before the court. He requested the court to order the defendant to pay him 35000 Riyals. He said that he had supplied the defendant with  equipment and that the defendant failed to pay the full amount.

The defendant requested the dismissal of the case.

The court said that the case documents revealed that the claimant took the oath in order to prove his claims. The court said that the testimony of the witness confirmed the claimant's claim.

The court ruled that the defendant should pay the claimant the mentioned amount.

The Court of Appeal – Jeddah upheld the ruling based on the same grounds.
