A legal representative of a claimant filed a case against a defendant before the court. He said that the defendant had agreed that the claimant would work as an operator for customer service in travelling offices in exchange for lump sum. He said that the defendant, however, failed to commit to the obligations. He requested the court to order the defendant to pay the claimant 70000 Riyals in addition to 50% of the profits.

The court said that the case documents revealed that the contract was not executed. The court said that the claimant therefore could not claim the profits.

The court dismissed the case.

The legal representative of the claimant appealed the ruling before the court of appeal.

The court dismissed the appeal and upheld the appealed ruling.
