A claimant filed a case against a defendant before the court. He requested the court to order the defendant to pay him an amount of money. He said that he had finished contracting work for the defendant but he had failed to pay the value of the contract.

The court said that the case documents revealed that defendant had confirmed that he owed part of the mentioned amount. The court said that the claimant provided the court with the bills that proved his claim and took the oath as well.

The court ruled that the defendant should pay the claimant 30799 Riyals.

The Court of Appeal – Jeddah upheld the ruling based on same grounds.
