A claimant filed a case against a company before the court. He requested the court to order the company to pay 74500 Riyals. H said that he had installed a safety system for the company but they had failed to pay the value of the contract.

The court said that the case documents revealed that the claimant had provided the court with all documents that prove his claims including the contract he had signed with the company. The court said that the claimant took the oath in order to prove his claims as well. The court said that the company had failed to attend the court hearings.

The court ruled that the company should pay the claimant the mentioned amount.
