A claimant filed a case against a defendant before the court. He requested the court to order the defendant to pay 59210 Riyals. He said that he had supplied the defendant with goods and the defendant had failed to pay their value.

The court said that the case documents revealed that the claimant had provided the court with all the documents that proved his claims. The court said that the defendant had failed to attend the court hearings and respond to the case the claimant submitted.

The court ruled that the defendant should pay the claimant 59210 Riyals.

The Court of Appeal – Jeddah upheld the ruling based on same grounds.
