The public Prosecution filed a case against some defendants on charges of drinking intoxicants and possessing a bottle of intoxicants with the intention of drinking, in addition, a third defendant was convicted of driving a car under the influence of intoxicants.

The Public Prosecution requested charging the defendants and subjecting them to the sanctions relevant to drunkenness.

The second defendant attended the court hearing and admitted that he had drunk intoxicants but denied his possession of the bottle, and said that he had got into the car with the other defendants. He stated the bottle was in the car.
