Background
A plaintiff claimed that the defendant had stolen his purse from his pocket, taken his credit card with which he bought mobile phones. The plaintiff stated he had withdrawn 5000 Riyals using the credit card and the phones he had bought were worth 19290 Riyals. He asked him to return the money withdrawn from his account.
